Channel Basics
The PhotoShop Channels Palette is used to accomplish many color correction tasks. The objective for this lesson is to learn how to exploit the Channels Palette.

In this lesson, students will learn about the Channels Palette. They will learn how to create and use Alpha Channels and Spot Channels. Using Channel Masks to select fine details like hair, as illustrated above, is only one of many uses for channels.
